The Newsquest Digital Media team is split across five locations. We have three technical teams based in Watford, Blackburn and Oxford, an operational team in Worcester and the head office on the northern bank of the river Thames at Brettenham House on Waterloo Bridge.

As well as the central sales and marketing functions, the team includes website development, project and operational management, design, front-end coding, editorial and a specialist telephone services team.

Our objectives:

  1. To attract, grow and retain the largest local online audiences through the publication of comprehensive and frequently updated news, information and interaction in print, online and through mobile devices.
  2. To increase significantly the digital revenues of our local media brands though the effective exploitation of our audiences.

We are looking to recruit ambitious and driven Sales Executives to join our Media Sales Team based in High Wycombe.

Requirements

The role requires a strong work ethic, proven sales expertise and the ability through open questioning to understand requirements specific to each client and develop a solution to match.

This role will involve a high volume of outbound sales calls in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would be confident, target motivated, have strong sales skills and be eager for the opportunity to earn generous commissions.

An interest or experience in the recruitment market would be an advantage but not essential. Our new Sales Executive will receive full support and ongoing training to ensure their continued success. The position is predominantly office-based where you will have access to all the resources required to fulfil your role and build strong client relationships.
